We highly recommend that you condition your hair daily in order to prevent hair from being damaged. During the winter months, in order to get your hair that extra moisture that it needs, you should lock the moisture in your hair by damping it with cold water, this will give your hair the extra shine it needs.
Never go outside during the winter months when your hair is wet. When you go outside when your hair is wet, you are risking breakage and your hair will end up freezing. If it is cold enough outside in your area, then the hair could actually break. You should always limit hot items on your hair. These hot items include curling irons and a blow dryer.
